What's New?
December 7, 2009 - by JCHVideo clip of Lollypop
Metal just found this nice video clip of Lollypop
with Roland MT-32 music playing. The game was made in 1993-94 and Vibrants made all the music and sound effects for it.
You can find the AdLib music here as single files, and you
can find DOS screens with music and sound effects here.
July 8, 2009 - by JCHHigh Voltage #50
The Commodore 64 pages and tunes have been synchronized with High Voltage #50, except for deleting the PSID digi files. I like the clearer sound
of these digi files and have decided to keep them.
May 22, 2009 - by JCHTwo MP3 tunes removed
The two newest MP3 tunes by Metal, Life in a Dub Shell and Advanced (JazzAzz Remix),
has been removed by request of the author because of licensing issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

September 24, 2008 - by JCHJO's music in his own Amiga player
Another archive has been added with music arranged
by Jesper Olsen - this time in his own Amiga player in 1991-92. There are music for games such as
Guldkorn Expressen, The Ugly
Duckling, 24th Amaranth Grand Prix,
Colgate
and a few others. You can use WinUAE to play the music, and
the archive itself can be downloaded here (1,23 MB).

September 21, 2008 - by JCHJO's AdLib and Roland MT-32 music
I've added a collection of Jesper Olsen's music for
old DOS in his own players for AdLib, Roland MT-32 and even internal speaker. The music was created in 1991-92,
and some of it was made for Double Dragon III, Cover Girl Strip Poker and Trafik. You can use DOSBox to run the screens and play the music for AdLib and internal speaker, but you're going
to need a real Roland MT-32 or
LAPC-I in order to hear the Roland music
properly. You can download the archive here (62 KB).

September 20, 2008 - by JCHFiles section added
A new Files section has been introduced, which is
actually the pertinent contents copied from the corresponding section at the Chordian web site. The new section will be expanded in the future to contain unique files by
all members of Vibrants.

To complete the transition, I've added links to the new section (as well as this news page) in
the main title bar above.
September 19, 2008 - by JCHJO's music in his own AdLib player
Dug up some old executable DOS screens by Jesper Olsen with music composed in his own
AdLib player, and encoded the music into MP3 files with a little help from DOSBox. The music below is also available in the AdLib
Music section.
September 18, 2008 - by JCHSynchronizing with MSK's previous web sites
I've been checking through the previous versions of the web site from 1998-2006 (back when
Morten Sigaard Kristensen was the webmaster) to make sure that everything has been covered both regarding the
information as well as the actual tunes. Lo and behold, I actually managed to find one
FastTracker 2 tune by MSK and Metal that had slipped through the net:
Some of the existing tunes have also had some of the information tweaked a bit, particularly
in the Digital Music section.
September 15, 2008 - by JCHNew design for the news page
Now that the news page doesn't have to support the news column on the front page
anymore (the news column was removed as it was simplified), I've decided to change the
design of the news page. I can now add various HTML components such as pictures. In fact, I've
taken the liberty to add and adapt some stuff for the older news items below.
September 14, 2008 - by JCHSimpler front page
As you have probably noticed by now, I've made the front page a lot simpler. I needed a change
and thought I'd try the minimalistic approach. Everything else is the same, however.

The new web site for Vibrants has been introduced, as a sister web site to Chordian. The old "ocean blue" web site that was maintained
by Morten Sigaard Kristensen has been discontinued. Jens-Christian Huus is now the new webmaster.

We apologize for the lack of music at this time - please bear with us, we will add it as time
goes by. For now, only JCH's section is reasonably complete. You will also
find all the Commodore 64 tunes Drax made in his section, and you can access
the AdLib Music composed by most members of Vibrants.
